Computer Rooter was founded in 2004 by 3 veteran computer technicians and consultants from the Denver area. With a combined 60 years of computer support experience Lance, Paul and Chuck decided it was time to bring professional, corporate level computer support to the home user.
The trend these days is to hire “geeks” who are often young men & women with very limited skill sets and training. If you know your way around an ipod, chances are you can get a job with one of the popular geek companies. Is that really who you want working on your computer?
We feel that’s not acceptable. At Computer Rooter we want to provide REAL, PROFESSIONAL and QUALIFIED support from experienced and highly trained technicians. Why should corporate level IT support be out of the reach of the average Joe? At Computer Rooter we think you deserve more than a ‘geek’ with 6 weeks of training and only a few months of on the job experience. You deserve a highly qualified pro who can act as your own personal computer support specialist and consultant. Our average technician has over 8 years of on the job experience and has at least one certification or degree (and our veteran technicians have over 20 years of experience with multiple certifications AND Bachelor of Science degrees!).
